How it Works
For the Proptino Manager project, our agency was brought on to design and develop a streamlined property management solution tailored for landlords and agents in the UK. The goal was to simplify day-to-day property operations—everything from rent tracking and tenant management to document storage and maintenance logging. Our process began with market research and client workshops to identify the key pain points property managers face, and how we could solve them through thoughtful software design.
We built a clean, responsive web application with an intuitive dashboard that provides quick access to property details, payment histories, automated reminders, and more. The backend was developed using Laravel for security and scalability, while the interface was kept lightweight and accessible for all user levels. As a result, Proptino Manager launched as an all-in-one platform that empowers landlords to manage multiple properties effortlessly. The platform has since received positive feedback for saving time, reducing manual errors, and creating a smoother property management experience overall.
